So I'm excited about the Whovian Collection additions that I released this past week. They are unique, stylish and low prim! As everyone knows I try to keep my products low prim because that is what I always look for- great pieces that will fit in any parcel I'm living in so of course I want to give that to my customers!
But this Whovian Collection has taken off more than I could ever have hoped. I knew that there were a lot of Whovians in SL but I had no idea that my Collection would take off like this. Most rewarding thing for a builder and decor designer is that their products fly off the shelves. It means that they have created a great product and really know what their customers want.
I went through my store inventory and got rid of the old inventory from when I first began building and decor designing in SL. There always comes a point when a builder says, "Ok, time to move on and look forward." especially when they know that what they are producing now is so much better than what they released in the past.
I will be releasing new products this week as well with a Japanese theme to them. I'm excited to see how they will be received and if I should continue designing in that area. As always, my customers dictate what gets built! The customer is always right, and when a certain product flops- I know that I should withdraw from that drawing board and go to another one.
I am also currently working on getting products ready for an inworld store opening! I'm so excited to open a store in world again. It's been awhile since I sold anything in world but I'm looking forward to the opportunities and exciting things ahead!
My SL has been about my store a lot lately, that's mainly what's going on besides my little Elizabeth- who isn't so little anymore! She is learning to speak and walk! It amazes me and her family everyday how fast she is growing and developing her own unique personality. And let me tell you- she is a sassy little girl!! LOL She told her Godfather Nic just the other day that his clothes looked like newb clothes!! I died laughing and he laughed but definitely let her know she needed to stop sassing! Lmao She always brings us happiness and joy.
Another thing that I want to announce is that I have been accepted into the Fallen Ones Clan! I'm so happy to be a part of this clan. They welcomed me with open arms as a guest and never pushed an agenda or judged me. I was warmly welcomed into the clan as Nic's minion and with my hubby's soul close to my heart. I'm so happy that I have found a home with them.
As always this SL adventure keeps getting better and better! See you inworld!!

A Birth Story & New Happenings
She's here! Our Little Elizabeth Rose was delivered at 10lbs 4oz and 22 inches long!! It was an interesting birth. The morning she is due, I was nervous, excited, and admitted a little scared. As our first baby this was quite an experience. Little did I know that it would be more interesting than I had predicted.
My water broke and the contractions had started. My regular Dr, Eden, was not going to be able to be on for the birth. We had discussed it a few days earlier and she had referred me to another Dr that she trusted and told me would make the birth smooth and easy with no problems. The Dr and I had talked and I felt very secure and safe with this Dr delivering our baby girl. But when the time came....there was no Dr to be found.
I stood there contractions coming, water broke, and panicked. What were we going to do? All the clinics required an appointment. No emergency births. So it came down to an at home birth. My twin Clara came to the rescue, as she had been through this before she immediately came and helped us through it. Hubby was fabulous when we got in the tub together. I think delivering our Elizabeth was a once in a lifetime experience for him. Neo was on hand for encouraging and passing damp towels. I was proud of him for not fainting like I felt like doing a couple of times.
All in all it was a successful birth and Elizabeth was born healthy and happy. She is currently being spoiled rotten by her aunts and uncles but it warms my heart every time. I'm so glad that she has a loving family. And she's fast growing! I will have a official picture of her up soon in the Photo Booth!
In other news the contest with CMB Designs and Sadie's Designs begins this Sunday!! I'm so excited about this 'Name that Tune Contest"! Hopefully it will bring traffic to CMB Designs my sister store to Sadie's Designs and exposure for us both. Take a look here if you haven't read up on how to win- prizes will be awesome!
I have also started a Rome and Paris Collection. I wanted to do something old style with a modern twist. Who knows if I will pull it off....sometimes my builds end up going in a completely different direction but always turn out great!! I will also be putting together the Whovian Collection and the Wonderland Collection together so people have the option to buy the entire Collection instead of each piece individually.
I am as always excited for what the future brings and so thankful for the family I have, especially our little Elizabeth Rose.

It's Almost Time!!
I'm in the home stretch! Only a few days until Elizabeth is delivered in SL and I'm excited, nervous and anxious! LOL
But coming to the end of being pregnant on this little journey of mine, it made me think of where I was when I became pregnant. For the longest time I never understood why women got pregnant in SL, I didn't judge them, I just didn't understand. Then I started to wonder- what would it be like? And I wanted to do it. I wanted the role play of it, and the experience and I wanted a little one of my own. So I decided I wanted a baby. Hubby and I talked about it and decided to go ahead.
A big thing that I wanted through this pregnancy was a strong family structure. With hubby not being able to be on as often as I am I knew I would need a support system. And at the time I had that completely.
Through time though things changed. Promises were broken, my family split off, some went one way and others went another way. I still had important people around me that made me feel safe, supported and loved. And though it happened a couple of times, I still have those close to me that make me feel that way, but it's not the big family I had when this began.
Our little Elizabeth will be coming into a world that is different than the one she was conceived in. But that is the way of things in SL. Things change, month to month, week to week....almost nothing stays constant- almost. There are things and people that have stayed constant throughout this pregnancy and throughout my entire SL life. I'm thankful for all of it. And as I come into the new stage of this journey I can't wait to see what kind of mom I will be in SL, and hold my baby girl in my arms with hubby right there next to us....let's just hope I don't break his hand in the delivery room!! Hahaha!!

New Adventures
So my plate has been so busy lately. New additions to the family, and learning new things. I've recently started working with Photoshop. I love taking pictures and now I can edit them and make them look pretty! lol Right now I'm doing photos for family getting practice and constantly learning.
Building! Right now I'm working on designs for a custom wedding venue for my brother and sister Matty and Jami. I've built a wedding venue for Kelly and Neo and will be putting that up for sale after their wedding. I will probably use photos from the wedding in the product description. lol
I'm also going to be building a custom wedding arch for my brother Nic's wedding to Abby. So many builds going on let's hope I don't get them mixed up!! Haha!! Just kidding!
Honestly I like building wedding venues. It's fun to create different kinds of venues. And the fact that I am creating something for someone's perfect day....gotta say....a little bit of pressure there. LoL But I haven't heard a complaint yet so I will keep going till someone says to stop. the bad side of it though is that it takes a little while to build and I constantly try to keep things low prim. I'm huge on making sure things are low prim, but sometimes it's unavoidable.
I've started a Flickr page with photos I've done for people and will probably upload builds that I do as well to that page. My marketplace is booming and doing photography on the side, this second life is busy busy busy sooo off I go!! :)
See you in world!! ~Sadie~

New Things
SL has been so busy lately!! lol But I love it, I have to keep busy or I will lose my mind. RL impacted my time online lately and those closest to me know why. It's difficult at times but I keep going- for me there's no other choice.
And I think that's something that some people really need to remember when it comes to life, even SL Life. You have to keep moving. If you stay stagnant, and sit in the past then your present will be nothing but your past. Day after day you will end up reliving what you hate, what brings you down, depresses you and holds you back. It will hold you back from becoming a better person and really the person you are meant to be. The things we go through in life are not what defines us, it's how we handle and deal with those situations that defines us and shapes us into who we are. If you get punched by someone physically, you don't sit there with the bruise on your face for the rest of your life- your body heals and it becomes only a memory. And that's the way you have to handle the rest of life, your feelings, your actions all of it.
I'm not trying to be on a soapbox, that's not what this blog or post is about lol, but I do think that some of my friends could benefit from what I just said...if they are willing to listen. But putting that aside for now, some good news is in order!!
There are awesome things going on right now, for instance~ I built a wedding venue!! Can you believe it? I know I can't. LOL I still look at it and think "Omg I actually built that holy shite!" LOL It's for Mama Kelley and Dad Neo's wedding coming up this June. It's exciting and I can't wait!
I also bought a photo studio today (eep!) and I'm going to use it in a project I want to do. It's a secret, and the reason it is a secret is because I don't even know if I will be able to pull it off!! LOL But I am excited that I simple own a photo studio now lol I've wanted one for a long time.
But that's about it for today, short post I know but RL calls!!! Hope everyone has a great week! See you in-world!

| Me and Jami chilling on Easter! |
My twinnie Clara and Will gave birth to twins, Gabby and Brandon. It was an awesome moment and I'm so happy that I was there to experience that beautiful event! As an expecting mom I got to see what may be in store for me so it was definitely an eye opener. I see my Dr again this weekend to find out the sex of the baby and how many. Though many have tried to jinx us with twins, I'm hoping they didn't succeed! LOL I will have my hands full enough with just one baby!
As most of you know or will know soon, my last name has changed to Talon. There was a family split from the Ah Family and I won't go into details. I am with the close friends and family in SL that matter to me and care about me. People that won't use me or hurt the people I love. That being said, it has been a hard time for many of us, and I'm proud of the strength that people have shown. It's never easy when something like this happens.
I've built a new piece to go in garden areas, it can mainly be used for a private dancing area but I leave the desicion of it's use to my customers. I just build it, they chose what to do with it.
I'm also looking for inworld space for a store. I'm excited about this because I have wanted to open another inworld store for a long time. I've only ever had one open and unfortunately it was closed out of my control. It was located on a sim with a club, and the club closed, so did also my store. I still have all the stuff to put out for a store though I may get some new displays. And of course it will all be new product as my marketplace store reflects. I will still have some of my old designs up, but mostly the new stuff. I know I will have one possibly two people going in on this store with me, simply because there are other builders and designers in my family. I want to help them out as best as I can. I know how hard it can be to get promotions out there and get traffic.
With that being said, if anyone who reads this has a club or store they would like me to promote, I will, in exchange of course for exposure for my store as well. And there are only certain clubs I will promote. If I don't like the club myself, of course I'm not going to promote it lol that's a no brainer.
So as I am looking for a place inworld for a store, baby on the way, new family name, new family members as people get engaged and fall in love- so yeah my SL adventure keeps going and I'm thankful for it everyday!

A Little About Me
This is my personal blog about my SL Adventure! I have been in SL on and off for about two years now, I haven't checked my 'days old' number lately, but I've been here for awhile and I love it! SL is my escape from RL and my social avenue. I'm unable to get out and about a lot in RL so SL is where I am able to still stay in contact with other people. It's always been something I need in my life- to be social.
Another great thing I love about SL is building and creating! I own a MP store right now where I sell my creations and things that come into my huge imagination! There are so many possibilities in SL and I'm exploring everyday.
I also love to blog, I'm a writer so blogging gives me the chance to keep my writing skills sharp and I just really enjoy it! It's a great way to get exposure for clubs, stores and any kind of sim in SL, so if you own a club or store, or anything else, hit me up and we can get you started! Right now I'm blogging for my MP store, Yummy Inc Club & Shopping Mall and the Talon Family which I am a part of.
A little bit of personal info about me, I am married to Flint Unplugged. We are married in SL and RL. We have been partnered and married ever since I've been in SL (he got here before me). We are expecting our first little bundle of joy this June and we couldn't be happier to have this experience!! I think right now my favorite part is shopping for preggy clothes! And designers out there let me tell you- we need more affordable gorgeous clothes of every genre!! LOL
I am a HUGE shopaholic in SL and decorator! I love to decorate and usually if I can I change up my house and decorations every month or so! lmao My favorite flower is cherry blossom so I always have something like that out. hehe
When it comes to my family I can't say enough, I love them all to bits. Everyone in this family has their own personality and they each have a unique talent. I'm so proud and happy to know all of them, call them best friends, and close family. That's really the only kind of family I have is close family.
So that's about all for today! I will be posting here regularly about the wonderful times had in SL and goings on! Can't wait till Saturday- we will find out the gender of the baby!!! Yeay!!!
